Project: an Exana internal platform (AI-driven SDLC orchestration)
Service demonstrated: AI & Automation · QA & Testing · Digital Transformation
The problem
Most of a software project is not typing code. It is turning a rough idea into requirements, requirements into architecture, architecture into tasks, and every change into tests before it can be released. That path is where the weeks go — and most of it is repetitive enough for a machine to do the first pass.
What was built
A platform that walks a raw idea through the full development cycle — ideation, requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment — using orchestrated AI agents, each with a defined job and a human checkpoint. Around it sit the pieces that make it usable day to day: a task pipeline where agents execute work end to end with a kanban view and a command-line interface, and an automated pull-request reviewer that intercepts webhooks, runs a two-pass review, and posts inline and summary comments.
The outcome
The approach was proven before the platform existed. The same LLM-driven testing and code-generation workflows, running in production at a MedTech client, cut QA cycles by 80%. This platform is that method turned into a product we run on our own work.
Still deciding
Start the brief anyway. It takes about two minutes, every question has a "not sure" answer, and you will get a written reply within one business day telling you which of these fits — including the answer that none of them does and here is what we would do instead.
